Mutiara Bali Boutique Resort & Villa, Seminyak (Bali)

We had a wonderful time at Mutiara. The atmosphere blends modern decor with a lovely Balinese touch, creating a cozy vibe. The family room was spacious and impeccably clean, while the location was just a short walk from Seminyak square and village. Although the staff was helpful, I found them to lack a bit of warmth at times. Breakfast was a highlight, though the Wi-Fi could use improvement. Overall, it offered great value for money.

Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the premium one-bedroom villa was clean, modern, and equipped with a private pool that we loved. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk to the main food and bar areas while being free from the bustling traffic. However, the dining experience was disappointing, especially the breakfast, which didn’t cater to our tastes. The service varied, and while there were some attentive staff, our interactions were not always smooth, affecting the overall experience.

I had a great experience during my stay, with comfortable and spacious rooms that offered a lovely view of the pool. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Seminyak, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and shops. However, the breakfast situation was disappointing as they switched to cold food instead of the in-villa cooking I had enjoyed before, and I faced a few issues with the pool maintenance. Overall, the value for money was still decent despite these hiccups.

My stay at the Mutiara resort was undeniably relaxing and private. The villas were spacious and well-maintained, making it great value for the money. The only downside was the poorly maintained gym, which didn't meet my expectations. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would definitely return.
