We had a wonderful time at Mutiara. The atmosphere blends modern decor with a lovely Balinese touch, creating a cozy vibe. The family room was spacious and impeccably clean, while the location was just a short walk from Seminyak square and village. Although the staff was helpful, I found them to lack a bit of warmth at times. Breakfast was a highlight, though the Wi-Fi could use improvement. Overall, it offered great value for money.

Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the premium one-bedroom villa was clean, modern, and equipped with a private pool that we loved. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk to the main food and bar areas while being free from the bustling traffic. The service varied, and while there were some attentive staff, our interactions were not always smooth, affecting the overall experience.
